Goodbye Dr B!

We had to say goodbye to our wonderful radiologist, Dr Blomquist.  He has been one of my very best friends at SVH.  We are excited about his retirement, and his next journey.  But we are super sad to see him leave.  He has been the heart of our radiology department for many, many years.  We will miss him dearly!!

After a day at Seven Peaks, we went to the Bee's game.  The best part about it was that Dad got to come with us. :)  We had such a great evening as a family at the ballgame.  The kids were a little disappointed that the Bee's lost.  But it was still a great night.  We had seats right behind home plate.  It was fun to be part of the action!

Destri's Birthday Celebration-Seven Peaks!

We went to the Seven Peaks in Salt Lake because that's where Dad lives during the week since he is working in Salt Lake this summer.  So we could also just stay at his house in Herriman.  We met up with my good friend, Heidi.  It was fun catching up with her and seeing her two cute kids!!  The kids had a blast and it was fun to cool off in the hot sun!!

Destri's 7th Birthday

I can't believe our sweet little Destri is 7 already!!  She is turning into a little young lady, and it makes me sad.  She is getting so big, yet she is still so tiny! Destri is the sweetest little girl and has the biggest heart.  She gets her feelings hurt easily when she feels like she has made someone feel bad.  She is becoming very athletic and has excelled in tumbling.  She loves to do cartwheels and hand stands constantly.  She is really good at baseball and loves to play catch and hit the ball with Daxon.  She is the best big sister and sometimes is too nice to Denim.  Giving her pretty much anything she wants.  We love this girl with all our heart and we are so happy she is in our family.  She makes me smile everyday!!  We love you sis!! Happy Birthday to you!!
