We had a great celebration this year!! Started off the morning running the 5K in Panguitch with Beth. This is a really fun run! This is the 3rd year I've ran in this race, and it gets bigger every year. It was fun seeing McKenzie there. I took 3rd in my age group and 4th overall. This just reassures me that turning 30 is not good at all!! I've found that in all the races I've ran this year, that 30-39 is the most competitive age group. It's crazy. Beth took 1st overall in the womens! She is an ANIMAL!! Beth and I had a great run together, as usual. Then we hauled butt to make it back to Marysvale in time for the parade. The kids, of course, loved that (along with all the fun games and races!) That night we went out to the reservoir with Boyd, Sherry, Cody and Beth. The boys set off some AWESOME fireworks. What a great 24th of July Celebration!

Summer Fun!

As you can see we have been having LOTS of fun this summer! Grandma and Grandpa Dalton's house is still a great place for kids to hang out during the summertime! They haven't lost their touch! It used to be the hang out place while we were growing up, and things haven't changed much. They still plant a garden big enough to feed the town of Junction, they still have plenty of fun slip and slides and sprinklers, and they for sure have the best barbeques around!! It's a magnet for everyone young and old! I also love Dallas and Staci's brand new baby, Crewe!! He is just way cute!!

Here are some more pictures from the half marathon and our fun weekend in Bryce Canyon. It was so much fun!! Notice my face as I was DYING across the finish line!! But I was smiling when it was all over! :) Bryce Canyon is so beautiful! It's been so long since I'd been into the park. It was fun to experience it with my family. We had a great time!
