Girls Retreat to Mesquite!!
All of the girls in our X-Ray Department decided to do a girls weekend in Mesquite. Gina, who used to work in our department as an ultrasound tech, now lives down there in a very beautiful home. She invited us down to stay at her house for the weekend. Most of us were able to go, and we had a BLAST! We ended up going to the spa at the Cassablanca. I have never been to one, and I thought it was an awesome experience. We got a pretty good deal on massages, which was absolutely wonderful. Then we spent the day at the mineral pools soaking up the sun and also spent some time in the steam room. That night we went to dinner at the buffet and just chilled and listened to a pretty good band. We even did a little dancing. I work with the funnest girls, and we are such great friends. We enjoyed it so much that we will probably make it a yearly occasion!! :)
