Happy New Year!!!

We sure had a fun New Years Party at my Mom and Dad's house this year. They really know how to host a party!! We ate like royalty. We had crab legs, filet and pasta with pesto sauce. It was AWESOME!! Here's a list of the party go-ers: Boyd, Sherry, Cory, Bobbie, Me, Brian, Rick, Georgi, Robert, Kim and Tony. We played Pictionary on the Wii and also Catch Phrase. Unfortunately, Cory and Bobbie left during dinner, because they both came down with the flu. :

:( They didn't even get to stay for the good parts. We felt so bad for them. We ended up having a total blast. It was such a great way to ring in the new 2012!

Christmas!

CHRISTMAS!!!!!

I can't believe it came and went so fast. What a fun Christmas this was for us this year. Destri was old enough to know what it's all about and Daxon couldn't hardly contain himself on Christmas Eve. They were both soooooo excited. Kids are so fun at Christmas time! I love it. They both got exactly what they wanted from Santa this year. Daxon got a new iPod and a Wii Remote. Destri got a new kitchen and a bicycle. And they, of course, got very spoiled from Mom and Dad, Grandpa/Grandma Dalton and Grandpa/Grandpa Morrill. It was such a fun, eventful day.

We started it all on Christmas Eve. G & G Dalton came over for Christmas Eve dinner at our house. We also let the kids open 1 present (new pj's) Grandpa Rick also took them out on the lawn to leave the reindeer some food. Then we continued the excitement at 6:00 am on Christmas morning. G & G Dalton and Morrill were all here for when the kids came out of their rooms to see what Santa brought them. We love having them over for Christmas morning. We spent the morning unwrapping gifts and eating Christmas breakfast. We then went to church at 10 am. After church we went to G & G Dalton's house to unwrap gifts. Finally, we ended up at G & G Morrill's house for Christmas dinner and gift unwrapping. What a wonderful Christmas we had!! I am sooo lucky!
