Panguitch Balloon Rally
This place is the coolest!! What's more fun than lighting the streets at night with hot air balloons, lots of cotton candy, neon lit toys, music and friends!! We even ran into Debbie Worthen, Channel 2 News Meteorologist! It was a fun family night! The only thing missing was Dad!! :(
