CHRISTMAS!!

I am finally updating Christmas and a few other things...  We had such a great Christmas!!  It was fun having all the family home, even if it was just for a short while!!

Primary Christmas Program and Sugar Cookies!

Our ward party and Primary Christmas Program went really well this year.  Daxon was so excited to be a donkey!  He was super cute!  I'm the Primary chorister, so I was up leading the music.  My mom didn't get very good pictures.  (Pretty disappointed in Mrs. Yearbook Advisor!!)  Just kidding mom!!  The kids sang so good!  I was really proud of them.  We had a yummy dinner. And of course Santa and the Mrs. came to visit all the kids.  Dax was a little apprehensive!!!  He refused to go up.  Luckily his friend, Brax Jensen, showed him how big boys do it.  He took his hand and led him right up there.  Even after getting up there, he decided that Mrs Claus looked a lot nicer.  I was proud of him.  Brian is gonna kill me for posting this pic of him helping me make sugar cookies!!  Ha ha!!  I have to admit that they turned out sooooo good!  I guess it's a good thing he helped, because I'm not the best cook!  We had fun!

Oh Christmas Tree!!!

This last Saturday we went on top of the Beaver Mountain to get a Christmas tree with Jessica and TJ.  We had SO MUCH FUN!!  There was quite a bit of snow up there and it was such a nice day.  We actually got kinda hot after hiking around for a while.  TJ, Jess, Dax and I stopped and made a snowman, while Brian hiked around for the perfect tree.  We finally decided to go find him and help him.  He found a pretty good one, and all of us decided it would be acceptable, but then TJ found the PERFECT tree!!  We all decided it was a better choice, even Brian. :)  We went back to our house, even though we all thought it would be fun to stay up on the mountain!  It was so beautiful and peaceful up there.  Dax had a BLAST!  The boys put the tree in so that Jess, Dax and I could decorate it.  TJ and Brian played guitar hero while we decorated the tree.  We had such a great time with our friends!  Thanks Jess and TJ for the great weekend!!

Grizwald Family Christmas

We went to Brian's Grandma and Grandpa Johnson's over Thanksgiving weekend.  We had a blast!!  Grandpa Johnson was so excited to have everyone over to do the drum roll when we turned on all of his Christmas lights.  (Just like the movie "Christmas Vacation" it's a classic!!!) Wow!! He did a great job.  They looked great! We even sang "The National Anthem"!  It was so funny!!  What a fun family!  Then we played a few games.  (Guesstures, Catch Phrase and Pictionary).  It was pretty competitive, because we played boys against girls!  I laughed 'til my tummy hurt.  I also ate 'til my tummy hurt!  We had such a great time!  Wish Daxon could have been there!
