Water Day/Hoedown

Water day has become an official day of the fair. It's always a hit with the kids. Boardmembers and Piute County Royalty set up the swimming pools, slip'n slides, waterslides and other water toys for a free fun day at the park, and the kids LOVE IT!! Dax loves it when his two best buddies (Brooks and Hunter) show up for the festivities! They really have a good time together. This was the first year for the Hoedown and it definitely was a HIT! Everyone loved it! My dad and friends cooked bbq pork ribs and dutch oven potatoes for over 300 people! It was absolutely wonderful. Eric Dodge was the entertainment. He was great!! Lots of people got out and danced. During the band's breaks we played Let's Make a Deal. It was so much fun for the whole family! I vote to have the Hoedown again next year!
