Kindergarten Shots

Daxon had to get the "dreaded" Kindergarten shots!! He was really good about it and wasn't scared at all! I took him in to Dr Brown and his little sister was also due for her year check up and shots. They came in and gave him 2 shots in one arm and 2 in the other. He didn't flinch, didn't say owe and didn't even cry one tear! What a tough little buddy!! Then it was time for Destri... Now that's another story! :) She started screaming her head off when it was time for her shots (which is normal for a baby so that's ok), but Dax was really quite concerned. All of the sudden Daxon started crying. He wouldn't tell me why he was crying, but I know it was because he felt bad for his little sister. He knew how bad it hurts and was feeling sorry for her. I thought it was so cute that he loves her that much. He is so caring and loving towards everyone. Such a tender heart!! :) Later that night his one arm swelled up big time. It was warm and red. He said it didn't hurt, and that it was just itchy. He kinda thought it was cool because it looked like he had a big muscle. What a kid!! :)
